Refund and Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Free from any damage or alterations
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Step 1: Contact our customer service team to initiate your return

Step 2: Pack your item securely in its original packaging

Step 3: Ship the item back to our returns address

Step 4: Once received, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process your return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items marked as non-returnable at checkout
