Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we won’t be able to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Please note that fragrances, perfumes, and body sprays cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or worn clothing
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Fragrances or any opened perfume bottles
- Sale or discounted items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued as to your original payment method within a few working days.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at help@mavenwardrobe.com within 3 days of purchase.

You’ll be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
